An AI sales coach is software that uses large language models and conversation analysis to provide coaching feedback to sales reps. AI sales coaches fall into two architectural categories: post-call coaches (which analyze recordings after the fact and produce scorecards) and real-time coaches (which surface prompts on the rep's screen during the live call). Examples of post-call tools include Gong and Chorus. Real-time tools include Parallax, Attention, and Clari Copilot.
