Sales Battlecard
A short reference document — usually one page — giving reps competitive positioning, differentiators, and objection responses for a specific rival.
Full definition
A sales battlecard is an enablement document that gives reps the key information they need when competing against a specific rival — differentiators, common objections and responses, pricing contrasts, and proof points. Traditional battlecards live in a wiki or enablement tool and require the rep to look them up. Real-time coaching tools like Parallax surface the relevant battlecard snippet automatically the moment a competitor is mentioned on a live call.
