Parallax + Google Calendar
Parallax reads your Google Calendar to know which meetings are sales calls, which deal each one belongs to, and what context the rep needs before the call starts.
Why calendar integration matters
The difference between generic coaching and deal-specific coaching is context. If Parallax knows the meeting is with a specific prospect in your pipeline, it can pull that deal's history, competitive notes, and methodology state into the live prompts. Without calendar context, coaching has to be generic.
Parallax reads the calendar, matches meetings to deals using attendee emails and title parsing, and preloads context before the call starts.
Read-only by default
Parallax's Google Calendar integration uses read-only OAuth scopes. It sees meeting titles, attendees, and times — it does not modify or create calendar events. For reps who are cautious about calendar permissions, this is a straightforward grant.
Frequently asked questions
By default Parallax reads all events but only activates on meetings matching sales-call heuristics (external attendees, deal context in title, etc.). Admins can configure filters to limit scope further.
