Parallax pulls opportunity context from Salesforce into real-time coaching and syncs structured call summaries back to the right opportunity automatically. No manual CRM hygiene.

Context-aware coaching

When a rep joins a sales call, Parallax checks Salesforce for the opportunity tied to that meeting and pulls relevant context: deal stage, amount, key contacts, next steps from previous calls, competitive notes, and past objections. The coaching prompts are then tailored to that specific deal — not generic sales advice.

The effect: a rep on a renewal conversation gets different prompts than a rep on a first discovery call, because Parallax knows the difference.

Auto-logged call summaries

After the call, Parallax generates a structured summary — next steps, blockers, stakeholder updates, competitor mentions, sentiment — and posts it to the correct Salesforce opportunity as an activity. Custom field mapping lets you route specific data into specific fields (MEDDIC fields, pipeline stage triggers, and so on).

This typically saves reps 15–25 minutes of post-call CRM hygiene per call. At five calls a day, that's over two hours per week per rep back to selling.

Security and permissions

Parallax's Salesforce integration uses OAuth with scoped permissions. Admins control exactly which objects and fields Parallax can read and write. Most teams grant read access to Opportunity, Account, and Contact, and write access only to Activity and a few custom fields.

Parallax works with Professional, Enterprise, and Unlimited editions. API access is required, which is standard on Enterprise and Unlimited and available as an add-on for Professional.
